Engineering Our facility is equipped with CAD/CAM System, Computerized Numerically Controlled (CNC) machines and mold sampling. Working with your files or ours, we can easily and quickly set up our CNC equipment to produce a mold (including a prototype mold). Mold Making A&J Industries has dedicated an on-site mold making staff. CNC controlled 3-axis Bridgeport machining centers help us build your molds all day and all night. Mold Making Capabilities Include: *Single-Cavity *Multi-Cavity *Runnerless Molds *Bi-Component Molds *Stack Molds Molding A&J Industries is focused in managing the flow of the product development process. We thrive in knowing that we are a part of creating innovative plastic products for our customers. We produce high volume jobs with our large collection of 31 machines, ranging in size from 75 Ton to 700 Ton. A&J Industries has all the necessary auxillary equipment for optimizing process capabilities and drying hygroscopic resins.
