We've combined all the disciplines necessary under one roof to ensure every project is successful. The ability to design, build and mold your component without it leaving our "sight" allows us to effectively manage your project from both a timing and cost standpoint.
A&J Industries Program Managers are committed to managing our customer's comprehensive programs. Our Management Team is actively engaged in the activities of the program requirements. We are proficient in identifying any issues as well as finding the solutions to develop a successful program. Our disciplines in Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality enable us to go above and beyond the requirements of your program.
OUR DISCIPLINES
Engineering
We offer part design assistance for product requirements as well as for moldability and manufacturability.
Manufacturing
We offer a wide array of molding machine sizes from 75T - 500T allowing us to produce your entire program from our facility.
Quality
We concentrate on in-process quality inspection and qualification. Our quality technicians review all in-process molding and assembly jobs on a predetermined basis.
